Hello everyone, and welcome back to the Weekly Grind! Spring is finally here and we're loving it! For those who have been asking, no, we don't have another tasting just yet. Sorry! We will soon enough, and in the meantime, I'd like to bring your attention back to a bottle from a previous tasting. Get acquainted with this white wine from Jospeh Puig!
Wine Highlight: White by Joseph Puig (2015)
Those of you that like to attend our wine tastings may remember this pick! Expert Joseph Puig is a 4th generation winemaker who has dedicated his life to the food and wine business; a passion that shines through in his products.
This 100% white Grenache from Spain is wonderfully complex, smooth, and easily drinkable. You can expect notes of stone fruit, followed by a pleasant acidity. In order to preserve the freedom and purity of the grapes, it is not oaked. Walk through to our wine room in the mill and check it out!
