This blend was created for our local ski mountain, Mt. Wachusett. It is a blend of full Viennese roasts across the regions! Full bodied Sumatra Takengon from Indonesia, with a bit of crisp Costa Ricans for brightness and Kenya AA for sweetness. This blend is roasted to the Viennese level, which we find to be a wonderful tasting coffee for espresso. Its taste is typical of a Northern Italian espresso - which is not overly roasted.
