Guatemala Huehuetenango Café de Mujeres Fair Trade *NEW!*
Fans of our previous bean from Huehuetenango are in for a special treat! There are many standout coffees from this region of Guatemala, and this bean in particular comes to you via a group of 182 women cultivating coffee at the Las Dueñas Cafe. This group is one of the many associated with the Asociación Barillense de Agricultores (ASOBAGRI), a huge cooperative that connects over 80 communities to the international coffee market and that is highly committed to promoting gender equality throughout their organization.
Roasted to a full city light roast, you can expect a medium body and pleasant acidity with notes of pear, lemon, and caramel.
