Timor beans come from the capable hands of thousands of small-scale farmers working on plots of land that typically span less than a hectare. Over a quarter of the country's population (~44k families!) are supported by this growing coffee industry, and it is entirely certified organic as well as fair trade. That means every time you pour yourself a cup, you can feel good knowing that you're supporting Timorese farmers who care about their communities as well as our planet! Slightly milder in body than a Sumatra, this smooth brew has a delectably chocolatey finish.
