A Viennese Roast is coffee brought to a degree of roast slightly darker than the traditional American norm, but lighter than degrees of roast variously called espresso, French, or Italian. If you're seeking a more pronounced version of the Peru, or looking for a stronger breakfast cup, this is a great choice.
