Wine Tasting This Saturday! - The Weekly Grind 2018

Hello everyone, and welcome back to the Weekly Grind! We know the weather outside has been somewhat frightful the last couple of weeks, but don't worry, we'll be open as much as possible even if the snow has other plans! When in doubt, check our Facebook page for any last minute weather-related closures or delays. Otherwise assume we're roasting up delicious coffee on our usual schedule!

Time for Wine!

Want to grab some friends, escape the cold, and enjoy a perfect combo of cheese, wine & chocolate? Then join us this Saturday, January 27th from 1-4PM for our first wine tasting of 2018! New wintery wines? Check. Chocolate samples from Anna Banana's Homemade Goodness? Also check! Our tastings are always free, and we'll be offering our usual discounts of 10% off purchases of 1-5 bottles of wine, 15% for 6+ bottles, and 20% off 12 or more. See the full list of what we'll be offering on our wine page later this week!

This Week’s Toasty Tidbit:

Did you know it takes about 3-5 years for a coffee tree to mature, and that each tree only yields about 1-2 lbs of coffee in one growing season? Pretty crazy to think about, considering Americans drink somewhere in the ballpark of 12 million pounds of coffee in a year! This popular plant is cultivated in over 70 countries around the world (with a solid third of the world's coffee coming from Brazil alone) and can produce cherries for around 25+ years!
