Cup of the Month - Maui Mokka
This month, we're featuring one of Head Roaster John Park's favorites! This Hawaiian coffee, grown on the beautiful Ka'anapali Estate in the northwest part of the island, is the only place to get certified Maui Grown coffee.
Despite the coffee's big reputation for its quality, this itty bitty bean is actually the smallest that we carry, and is often mistaken for a peaberry bean at first glance. Done to a full city roast, Maui Mokka has a luxuriously silky mouthfeel, and offers notes of milk chocolate and tropical fruits--the perfect way to start your day on a high note!
