Answering your Holiday Season FAQs!

Armeno fans! You have Qs about when to order the perfect gift for your friends and fam this holiday season, and we've got As. Here's the rundown:

When are the beans for my order roasted?

We roast to order Mon-Thurs every week, so typically our beans are roasted the same day they are sent out. At most though, they will have been roasted 3-7 days prior. Take a peek at the bottom of your bag and you'll see the roast date & best by date!

Will my gift stay fresh if I order it now?

Yes! Our coffee is best within the first 1-2 months, but you can easily double that by popping the beans in the freezer. Our bags are air-tight as well, which helps extend that freshness (especially if you aren't opening the beans right away since you're saving them to give as a gift).

How quickly will my order be fulfilled?

Most orders are filled 1-3 days after they have been placed. However, since we roast Mon-Thurs, all orders placed Fri-Sun might not be filled until the following week, depending on what we have in stock (also bear in mind that the higher volume of orders placed this time of year may cause delays). You are always welcome to shoot us an email at or call us (508)-393-2821, however please allow 5-6 days before reaching out to look for your order! Thank you!!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Typically, shipping takes 1-3 days. However, we advise that you take holiday season & COVID-19 shipping delays into account when placing your order, as this can impact that significantly! We will send you a tracking number via email when we fill your order, so keep an eye on that and let us know if you run into any issues.

Are you still doing pick-up?

Yes, and it is highly encouraged!! We are still limiting the number of customers allowed in the building at one time, so to avoid standing in line, place your order online and choose 'pick-up' while checking out. Weather permitting, you'll find your pick-up orders in white, plastic bins right in front of the building during business hours (learn more here).
If there is a line out the door/busy parking lot, or bad weather, call us when you arrive at (508)-393-2821 and we will bring your coffee out to your car!

What happens if I order after the cut-off date?

Most years, we give you an ETA on when we would like you to place your order by in order to receive it by Dec 25 (for 2020, that cut-off date is Mon Nov 30th for Hanukkah shoppers and Mon, Dec 7th for Christmas shoppers). If you order after that cut-off date we will still do our best to fill your order and ship it to you ASAP! Just bear in mind that the holiday season means delayed shipping times so you may run the risk that your order will not arrive until after the holidays.

What are your Holiday Hours?
