If you like an exotic coffee, Armeno Tanzania Peaberry is a great one to try. Not only is it grown in an exotic location, but the coffee bean itself is a rare mutation of the normal crop. The flavor, however, is no aberration, and the peaberry has become a much sought after specialty coffee. Armeno Coffee roaster, John Parks, describes the cup as “very sweet with bright acidity, citrus and peach notes with a creamy body.” He roasts the Tanzania Peaberry just into the second crack to highlight more of the sugars.
